ClearSide is a digital marketing agency that provides Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, Local Service Ads management, SEO (website, content, LLM SEO), and Local SEO (GMB, reputation, map-pack ranking) to US and Canadian businesses. Specific deliverables and fees are defined in a separate written engagement agreement between ClearSide and each client.
Eligibility
The Website and our services are intended for business owners aged 18 or older operating legitimate businesses in the United States or Canada. By contacting us or booking a discovery call, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business.
Consent to Contact
By booking a discovery call or submitting a contact form, you consent to be contacted by ClearSide via phone, email, and SMS regarding your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, offer, pricing, website conversion rate, ad budget, seasonality, and competition. ClearSide makes no guarantee of specific results, rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Past performance for one client is not a guarantee of similar results for another.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearSide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or our services. ClearSide's total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid to ClearSide in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec.
